  • -access to all 3 spaces - the lounge, bedroom, and all white room

    -white folding tables + chairs

    -access to all of the furniture, bedding, and props

    -wifi + bluetooth speaker

  • The studio is located at 201 S. Samson street in Tremont. We are above Perdues restaurant. You can find our glass door with the logo on it.

  • There is street parking as well as a lot across the street if you need.

  • In order to confirm and hold a reservation, a non-refundable full payment must be paid at the time of booking.

    No refunds are given.

    One (1) reschedule will be granted if the request is made at least 4 weeks before the start time. The new rescheduled date needs to be given at the moment the request is made and must be within 60 days of the original date.

    If a rental needs to be canceled, payment will not be refunded. Please plan accordingly.

  • We don’t allow cake smashes, confetti/glitter, smoking, alcohol, pets, smoke bombs, fog machines.

    We ask that you care for the space during your use.

  • Yes, all the furniture can be moved around. We ask that you pick it up vs. sliding on the floors. Please place all the furniture back to it’s original place when done.

  • Unfortunately, it is not. We are located on the second level with no elevator access. Please make note that the stairs are the only option to enter and exit the studio when booking.

There’s not much you can’t do when it comes to content creation at the Studio on Sampson. I’ve even been on a rainy/cloudy day and the natural light was still plenty bright (thanks to the many large windows). I just love how versatile the studio is, with the white room, the brick walls, all the different color backdrops, and of course my favorite is all the furniture options that are available to use in content.
